I don't think that exists yet, because I haven't been able to get into it either.

it doesnt have missions. idk why its like that but its never worked.

It currently doesn't exist. The main story line of Sylestia is currently on hold while the site is recoded which means new content won't be added until it's all finished and unfortunately Ethernia wasn't finished at the time that decision was made. This doesn't mean there's nothing to do though~ after you finish with what there is the temp zone is next. ;)
