Well, I've taken it upon myself to learn a coding language so I can make simple video games. But upon learning C++, I understood none of the terminology, so I was given the advice to start with HTML/CSS as it would make learning higher languages easier. I just want to say, this is hard! @_@ I envy you people who are able to program stuff!
Yeah. Not much else to say. I just guess I'm not naturally talented with this. xD Anyone else here interested in/is able to program?

I know how you feel... I took a class on Java last semester. Let's just say it didn't go well...by the time I dropped the class, it had gone from about thirty people to six.
I'm sticking with web design from now on, it's much more fun for me. But I did learn quite a bit, and I've tinkered around with a few programs on my own now that I can understand them somewhat.
I've heard that Python is the easiest and most intuitive programming language, though, at least of the three offered by my grad program (C++, Java, and Python).
The dreamincode forums are a great source for people learning to program--they've got a wonderful tutorial section that covers a ton of programming languages and applications. I haven't used any help sites for C++ myself seeing as I don't know anything about it (XD), but looking around these seemed to be good places to start:
Programr
Code Academy
C++ Tutorial - Absolute n00b Spoonfeed (youtube channel)
And w3schools is a great help for HTML, CSS, and XML.

As a computer science minor in college, I am at least proficient in psudocode. I can, when I try really hard, code in C, C++, Java and a little Assembly. Coding starts as learning the processes first, not necessarily the code itself.
Learning what a true/false flag or a if/while loop for example is much easier then learning the exact way to code them in each language.
I would also like to say I am fairly proficient in HTML, but my CSS is rusty though disuse. Those just starting, I'm willing to help if you want a person to try and explain something :3 Can't guarantee I can help, but I'm willing to try.
