I see the announcement about the Event at 8 pm, but I can't find it. How do you access the events? I tried to find it in the forum, and I also tried clicking on either the sentence or the exclamation marks at either end and nothing. I am at my wits end for now, please advise!

Events are the dynamic events in yellow above the MotD. It's where you have to basically defeat x number of enemies in some location.
Other than having everyone spam refresh pages lol, it's what uses the most of our server atm so it's the best indicator of our server load during peak time.
The one I set for 8pm is the Bandit Raid in Esior's Haven.

ok, That is kinda strange though, I was online and in the game at that time and I didn't see any kind of attack or number of enemies at 8pm. Hmmm, my internet must be wonky or something. Thanks for the info. :-)

It hasn't happened yet, it's 8PM Sylestia time. So in about 15mins or so.
