So, I live with my father in the house we have lived in since I was 9yrs old. (I am 23, 24 in October). It's a double house connected by a shared garage. My grandparents own the house. The deal was the house goes down to my father then down to my brother and I when he passes. Pretty much keeping it in the family. Last night my father called me... My ****** step grandma sold the house out from under us... or she says. She told us we have till September to get out. Oh hell no! I am finding every loophole to keep us here as long as possible.

Besides, there is no way she sold the house. We never saw anyone looking around or anything... And our house isn't in a sellable state. We would be told there is no way we could sell it with the problems it has. The problems consist of mold in the messy basement and our furnace spits out black smoke that's kinda covered our walls. (I know, these are very bad things. My dad is slowly working on there.)

I am just so angry... I wanna cry... It sucks...

LORD, that truly sucks. How can she have sold the house, though? I don't know much about the legal status of stuff like that, but wouldn't she have to have a deed or something to do that?
