I don't have a stable 3 however when i went to my inventory and looked through my pet list it said that the last pet in my second stable was in stable 3.
Its still in my second stable and no stable 3 has magically appeared.

This sounds like just a simple math error. As long as your pet is actually in your owned Stable, all is good.

Talking of which, it does happen with my last pet of
my Stable 2 as well, my Zebra Reindeer, all other in
that Stable 2 are Un-Named, so I can't make a mistake~ owo"
