I am getting OWNED by team sprocket. I was following Luga's guide, but I think the strategy has changed...
Has anyone defeated them recently? What did you do?

Yar, Team Sprocket hurts. It took me a long time before I was able to get it correct. You have to make sure you're reading everything very carefully on their buff status and act accordingly. Also make sure you're saving your killing blows for when their defense buff drops off.

ROFL I just OWNED those guys with some max stat venes and little bit of arena gear. Might've been a bit overkill, but. Eh. I *need* those wings.
