Look up anything by Nox Arcana if you want creepy, I used to listen to them way back when I was still in highschool. They have a whole album based on Lovecraftian Mythos.
PS: I love Hocus Pocus, such a great movie and Sarah Jessica Parker singing "Come little children" is amazing.

This song gives me chills. But I guess that's to be expected from a song from the Silent Hill soundtrack.

This song rocks - as in, great for the mosh pit, solid bass line, nothing but power chords - but when you listen to the lyrics you realize it's about a serial killer and then it's all, like, whoa.
And of course let's not forget "Pumped Up Kicks" by Foster the People, which is scary for reasons I don't even need to mention.
