Echo can create Blood bubbles filled with sound if the bubbles pop the sound is released based on the sound it can cause a verity of effects such as body parts exploding,nausea, bleeding from the eyes and ears and much more TBD

Back Story: At the age of 4 Echo Killed Both of her parents who were Cruel to her. Her brother who is three years older than her was 7 at the time an a total mommy's boy he clung to there mother like he would die if she ever left. Echo's parents treated her older brother much better. she was always the child they never wanted even though she is a genius. unfortunatly her brother couldn't see how troubled echo was until the day she killed there parents 3 weeks after they were infected she got in a big fight with her mother. At this point Echo had a split personality who is just like her but much much meaner and in the course of the fight her father joined in adding to echo's distress. Echo's Spilt Personality didn't interfear until Echo's mother slapped her across the face hard enough to draw blood that is when echo discovered her power. When echo's Mom hit her the blood splashed to the floor right in front of her and echo's father. then the blood began to Ripple and exploaded up ward unleashing a god awful sound the only thing that saved echo's brother is the fact he was always holding on to the back of there mother's skirt there mother's body blocked most of the blow and he survived physicley un scaved but watching his dear mother explode in front of him caused him serious psychological damage he now resides in Deadman along with his younger sister echo. Now in Deadman echo is on major medication provided free of charge by the staff that dumbs her down and dull's her powers so she can't escape
