I'm not sure if I did something wrong (and I'm hoping this is the right place for this...?), but the colors of the pet I created through the generator do not match what was shown in the previews.

Basically it went from this to this.

Is it possible to have this fixed? I understand if it isn't, haha. I just thought I'd make the problem known. 8D;

Hi there, that is actually working as intended. Our generators have a +/- swing on them for each individual hex. The enhanced generator, which is what you make your pet on, has a smaller swing than the regular generator. Usually the enhanced generator gives you what you want or very close...unfortunately you just got really unlucky with your pet's colors. :/

There are several ways to get more essences though in the game if you would like to generate future pets. You can get essences from the diamond shop, find them by defeating sylesties, find them while nurturing egglings and hatchlings, winning them as a prize in our mini games, or opening treasure boxes/satchels/etc.

However, we will take a look at our hex algorithm and see if we think it should be tweaked.

Aww, okay. That certainly makes sense! I suppose I'll have to try my luck with essences then. Thank you for letting me know!

Yea I'm sorry! Hopefully you are not too terribly disappointed in your pet and still love him though!
