We're seeing that a lot of you are having to request your Activation Codes to be resent. We are wondering if you're not receiving the initial emails after you register or if it's just going to a spam folder or something.

Some are receiving the emails and are able to activate their account without having to have the code resent. But we're seeing a decent amount having to request for it to be resent.

For those who are having issues, is the registration email going to your spam folder or just simply never being sent?

Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

I know that for myself it went to the spam folder. I believe Soli said the same thing and instructed all of us coming from AAA to check there first before assuming nothing came.

Mine went to my Spam folder. I had to dig for it.
