I was wondering how you increase your User Level? as i have been stuck at the same level for a long time and I cant use higher level pets to fight becuse of it.
any help is much appreciative : )

At this point in time, your user level only ever increases based on your pets leveling up higher than its current value. So, if you have pets in your possession that are Lvl 65 and then they level up to Lvl 66, you will also increase to 66.
