The 'Earn Contest Reward Pouch from Contests' aren't updating partially complete tasks, I have 1/1 for the first one and 0/4 for the second. I have earned 2 so far.

I also have this problem. According to the bags that I have received, I have earned at least 15 bags.

This should be fixed. You should have your tasks completed and rewards properly sent out.
This was also causing a secondary bug where players were able to earn duplicate task rewards despite the task not being checked off. I went ahead and removed those duplicate pouches as best as I could.
