Hello
I made this account a LONG time ago, and I'm no longer connected to it in any sort of way.
I was wondering if there was a way to fresh restart my account so that I can re-experience the game again? I have no connection to anything I have at the moment.

There is no physical way to reset an individual account. The only thing I can do is treat your account as an "abandoned" account, permanently close it, and then you can register a new account.
In order to this, you'll have to send an email to support@sylestia.com via your account's Registered Email Address and provide me with your Date of Birth for verification.

Yes. Your Discord is forcibly attached to the account it's synced with. So you'll have to leave our Discord server and then re-sync on the new account.
