Could I trade my 2v Spring Dragon Lup for the 1v Reaper Kelp and the 2v Lost River Kelp?

According to AS, I would value the Reaper Kelp at around 175k and the Lost River Kelp at 325k. The cheapest 2v Spring Dragon Lup is 500k. So I believe this would be a fair trade, although I have a few more lups I could throw in from this stable.
