I want to hand out personal items, but yet whenever I try to the list just appears blank. I've checked my inventory and I have trade available items?

there are certain parameters- obviously it needs to be a tradable item, but it also cannot be an avi item of blue or lower rarity. there might be more but that's the one I can remember off of the top of my head.
