After a few months of inactivity, guess who's back!! Y'all probably didn't know I existed, and therefore didn't miss me, and that's fine, but for those of you who might have wondered where I went, here's a quick explanation/life update:

For the longest time, I was homeschooled. This year, for high school, I got sent to a private school. It's so much different from anything I've ever experienced, and I love it so much. my class -we are freshies- is crazy, but most of us are pretty cool. And for those of you who've read KOTLC, I would like to tell you that my life has turned into it. Let me explain:

Okay, so, in real life, I look a lot like Sophie (though I'm a lot less pretty lol), and I have pretty much the exact same personality, likes/dislikes, etc. Truly, it's insane. Well, this school year, I got taken out of the world of homeschooling, the world I knew, and put into a private school, something entirely new for me. I have new rules and new gen Z terms to learn, and not everyone is thrilled with me being at the school.

Yes, Fitz, Keefe, and Dex, and Linh are at the school. Sadly, we do not have Tam or Biana yet. But lets dive deeper into the characters who are at the school.


So, the school itself is set up like Hogwarts, with four houses (I'm in the one that's like Gryffindor), two prefects (leaders) for each house (one male and one female), and two house advisors (Teachers that help out the house; once again, one male and one female). It is a Catholic school (yes, I am catholic, and proud to be so), so the houses are named after Saints. Athanasius (Gryffindor colors and personality; my house, one of the two Fitzs's house, and Dex's house), Chrysostom (Slytherin colors and Hufflepuff personality; the other of the two Fitzs's house), Augustine (Hufflepuff colors, Ravenclaw personality; Linh and Keefe's house and) and finally, Ambrose (Ravenclaw colors, Slytherin personality).

Linh is a senior (I know, I know.. doesn't fit with the KOTLC ages, but does fit personality) and the female prefect of the Augustine house.

Keefe is Keefe. There's not much I can really say here lol. He is a freshman (yeah, I know he's a junior in the books, but oh well) in the Augustine house. He looks and acts EXACTLY like Keefe.

Dex is a little more complicated. He is the same age as me, but he's a jerk. And I know a lot of you will be saying, "THEN HE'S NOT DEX!!" And this is where I must explain. there is no one with Dex's real personality (Yeah, sorry folks-) but this guy does have some Dex traits, mainly that he does not want me to be friends with Fitz (well.. we actually have two Fitzs lmao). And here's where it get's interesting; Fitz (#1) is his older brother. And I know that in the book series, Dex doesn't like the Vackers, and that's why he wants Sophie to stay away from them. In this case, Dex wants me to stay away from Fitz because Fitz is a senior and he thinks that freshies and seniors can't be friends. FYI everyone, I understand they usually wouldn't be. however, being a private school, there are very few students (only about 40 freshmen, around 120 students in total) so the other classes do often become best friends with each other. Except for the sophomores. The sophomores hate everyone and everyone hates them back lol (don't ask- they're just.. special)

Fitz (#2) is a freshman, and some might say he acts like Fitz. Personally, I don't think he does. He looks EXACTLY like Fitz, but in personality, he's incredibly stuck up and prideful. He's sweet when actually being sincere, but that's incredibly rare. He is in the Chrysostom house.

And lastly, Fitz (#1). My favorite person in the school. He's a senior (Actually fitting with his age in the books!!) the prefect of the Athanasius house. He doesn't exactly look like our favorite Vacker, but he sure acts like him. He is sweet, humble (most of the time-), a little shy at times, and overall super cute and wholesome. Plus, for those of you who still aren't convinced that he's Fitz, everyone in the school admits that he's perfect in pretty much every way. I could list all the things he's good at, but that would take way too much time, so I'll spare y'all that. His fav animal is a beagle, so I have an obsession with them now. Also, his younger brother doesn't want us to be friends, as I mentioned previously.

Oh, and I'm Sophie.

Lastly, to finish everything off, there's been a lot of school drama lately, and I've lost a lot of friends, and my mental health has gone way downhill. Most of my days consist of me being depressed about the friends I've lost and wishing I could tell Fitz (#1) about it (as he'd then become my therapist lol- he's just a bean like that), but having too much social anxiety to go talk to him.

So yeah, that was a life update that wasn't as quick as I'd hoped it would be. If you've survived until here, I congratulate you. Feel free to comment about my life or ask a question- I will see if I can answer, but I tend to be drowning in homework, so I may or may not respond.
