What do each of the colors for the stars and number of the stars for wild sylesties mean ? Is blue better than green?

see this post here which should cover the topic adequately (maybe I should change the title of the guide to more clearly reflect what's in it? although it wouldn't be as catchy then (but then, it was meant to initially primarily be the part about where sylesti were found, so))
