Not really. It's just about the same for me. I mean, you don't have anyone looking at you and you cant really tell their emotions. So it's more of a gamble on others reactions. Plus, no one can judge you by your looks and voice. Only the way you type and the things you type. Hey, at least you cant stutter online and can think over responses more that real life meetings!
