He gave Peyton a look, like an over dramatic big brother that came off as hateful. "Sure, is that because you know his name?"

Peyton beamed and nodded.

"That doesn't work that way, dork." he came over to the two. "A stranger is someone you don't know or don't know closely."

"I know Puck though."

"What's his last name?"

"...." He thought good and hard as if he should totally know without being told.

"I don't have a last name," Puck said, because...why not?

Kris eyed Puck. "Everyone has a last name." He huffed.

Peyton looked confused.

"Is that what you were taught? What a shame..."

"A shame is that you have half an identity." Kris said.

Peyton seemed to start regretting having offered Puck to meet Kris. "Well, you had to be given your last name."

"Well the woman that brought you abandoned you." Kris shot back.

"She did not!"

"Maybe it was because they ran out of money. That happens to a lot of people."
