Amy glared at me, "He needs to be taught a lesson." she said indicating that Knuckles should punch the hedgehog.

Knuckles looked at Amy. "Amy, you are such an understanding creature." He said before making chase.

I stopped a moment to see if the echidna had started chasing me, when I saw him running at me I yelped and ran.

Knuckles took his speed up a few notches; He had to if he wanted any shot at revenge. His right fist tigthened and his eyes narrowed.

I went a little faster, "Don't catch me, don't catch me, don't catch me!" I wished silently.

Knuckles continued to sprint, silently wondering if Sonic had limitless stamita, as he was feeling slightly tired at this point himself.

I looked back and saw that Knuckles was close to reaching me, but looking back slowed me down enough so that the echidna could tackle.

Knuckles saw the opprotunity, and he siezed it. He lunged at Sonic with cat-like ease and tackled him to the ground.

I yelped in surprise, "Ow, ow, ow, ow!" I yelped.

Knuckles throttled back and allowed his victim to get up. "You know what you did." He snarled.
