I walk to one of the puddles of sap and crouch beside it. I dip a few fingers into the sap.

After activing them once you finaly have a rought idea of how it work :

the swirl make the comand panel and a circular space around you and any living entity rise above the ground at a safe distance of the pit.

the square seem to active the pit into fusing anything non-alive togeder that have been left in there.

the triangle make the fused object spin on itself, it look like this one was damaged witch make you unable to know what was the final part of the prosess, maby it was to infuse a mind into the mix.

The sap feel like water but it is still a bit sticky, you notice small tadpole like creature swimming around and going up and down the endless streem of the tree.

I watch the creature, then lean forward. I want to catch it, but I have no idea if it is dangerous or not.

They let out a few quaking sound while avoiding trying to avoid your hands, you finaly manage to catch one of the small creatures the others swam between the roots of the tree.

I make sure some sap is still in my hands in case the creature needs it to live. I bring it up to may face to observe it more closely.

You could better see the hole body of the creature, it had a white greyish tadpole body and tail. His mouth was taking most of the place on his tiny body that was shared only with one eye on the top of his head and a set of small claw like leg on his front side beneth the eye and jaw. It look like the thing could split itself in half by oppening his lower jaw but asside of his strange apperence it don't seem menacing at all.

I release it back into the sap and stand up to look on the other side of the tree.
