Jason noticed, but didn't show it because he didn't want the conversation to continue and worry Puck. He sat in the grass, leaning back on his arms.
A two year old looking boy ran by Puck, from the memory of course.

Puck watched Jason for a moment longer before turning his gaze back to the memory

Jason's tail curled around his own torso, but he was a bit surprised to find... his stomach was a little more soft than he remembered before. He brushed it off as his own imagination, but it was something he should've payed more mind to.
Two year old Jason was running from someone.
Soon, a teen of maybe sixteen was running after him. "Hey! Come back here!"
"Nuuu!" Peyton called, hiding behind a bush in the orphanage's back yard.
The black haired boy stopped by the bush. "Okay, I'll only take half. How about that? You can half the other half."
"B-but my cookie." he said, peaking out from behind the bush.
"Oh yeah? Well, sharing is caring." He huffed.
Peyton looked at his cookie, and sighed. he waddled out from behind the bush, broke it in half, and handed one half to the boy.

Oop--I wonder why?
Puck wondered if the older boy had eaten his cookie already or something

Oh, all shall find out soon. But not now. ^w^
The boy walked away, back inside.
Petyon stared at his half, then went to the wooden fence. On the other side was a huge house, old but beautiful. All made of wood. A large green lawned yard was there, and a little blond girl about his age peaked through a hole in the fence.
"Hewo." Peyton said softly, coming to the hole. He looked behind him, then pushed a wood panel to the side and handed the cookie half to the girl.
Lila took the cookie, broke the half into two, and handed one part to him.
Peyton smiled, nibbling on his part as he sat in the grass.
The girl sat down as well, the panel hole like a door way for them. "No blocks?"
Peyton shook his head. "No, all taken."
"Oh... Well, you fun enough." She said with a smile.
Peyton clapped happily with his palms. "And you. Much fun!"
Lila giggled.

Jason watched Lila a little. "Wonder how she's doing." He muttered to himself.
Lila soon crawled over and sat by him. "Hewo again!"
Peyton giggled.
Lila finished her cookie half. "How many?" She asked, putting up her fingers.
Peyton put up three fingers. "Two. Two many." He said, unaware of how many fingers was two rather than three.
Lila clapped. "Me is two. Both two, is good much."

He nodded. "I hope so..." He didn't seem fully sure she was though. He knew she was human and was loved by a lot of people, but he couldn't help but worry he'd put her in danger some how.
Lila and Peyton talked baby talk for a while, thinking their topics were so grown up and important.
