The young man stops, holding up his fist as a signal for the other two members of his team to be on alert, "I saw a heat signature but I lost it. Fan out, see if you can find anything." A woman takes off her helmet, nodding to her captain and coming in your direction.

Boreal can't wait any longer. She runs out of the cave following the footprints that Dream and Mirage left behind. She runs swiftly but quietly, coming up behind the others, "What did I miss?" She whispers.

Boreal's tail instinctively goes between her legs, "I'm sorry." She straightened up again, "Now is not the time for that though."

The woman falls into the snow face first. Boreal leaps on top of her, sinking her claws into her back. She lets go and barrels full speed into the next closest person before leaping into the air to circle the small clearing. She plans on dive bombing her next victim.

Mirage
Mirage groaned, sensing her carefully concocted plan falling to shambles.
She hurls a volley of snowballs, each hitting the infrared sensor of the fighter's helmets, blinding them, before leaping out, slashing at them, aiming to hurt, not kill. Especially to sever the achilles tendon.
The knife bit deep into the leader's heel, and stuck tight.
(A severed achilles will incapacitate a person with pain. Likewise, Mirage has a similar tendon in the back of her leg that can incapacitate her.)

a wide eye-ed dream sits there watching. "stars above guys i had it! i had a plan!" *sigh* she just climbs a short tree and watches knowing she'd only get in the way when it comes to fighting. she wished she could have actual powers instead of her stupid dream walking.

The man screams and falls to the ground, completely overwhelmed. Seems like you severed what you wanted to sever.

Boreal let's out a hawk-like shriek, "I'm coming down!" She yelled, locking her eyes on the last remaining human and pulling in her wings. She dives, cathing him from behind and using him to catch her fall. He screams as his face gets driven through the dirt.
