She comes towards you and grabs you by your broken arm, and dislocates your shoulder. You scream in agony while she just laughs. She just keeps laughing and laughing. Jess gives you an evil glare, staring at you intently with her blood red eyes. You begin to writhe in pain, and don't stop for about a half hour. At that point, you black out from the pain.

When you wake up, you feel Jess's pearly white fangs deep in your neck, sucking your blood. What do you do?
