Jack was silent the whole while, his hold of Jack not loosening one bit.

Ray was feeling a little sleepy, but they didn't want to fall asleep in case something happened.

Jack rocked them, holding them close to his chest. His heart could be heard pounding rapidly, and his blood pressure was probably sky rocketing.

Ray hums sadly and apologizes again. They didn't want Jack to be in any trouble but they didn't want to leave him either.

"Don't you apologize any more to me, you understand?" Jack said firmly, tears starting to run down his face. "I was scared I'd lose someone else, I'm just glad you're okay."

"Ok, I'm sorry." Ray nods, brushing Jack's tears away gently. "I'm glad we're ok as well." They had also been afraid they would lose someone and it would be their fault again.
Kiara goes to Ian's house and knocks on the door, hoping he would be able to help her.

Jack leaned into their touch, closing his eyes as he calmed down.

Ian only took a moment to stumble out of bed and open the door.

Ray kisses Jack's nose before kissing the rest of Jack's tears away, holding him close.

"Hi... Can... Can you help me? Two assassins came last night and... and Parker...' Kiara shivers, hugging herself.

Jack sniffled a little, letting Ray do as they pleased.

He instantly came out and picked her up. "Shhh Of course I can and will." He said, closing his door with a leg. "Now, tell me everything." He said.

So Kiara tells Ian everything. When she finished, she buried her face in his neck, closing her eyes against tears that threatened to fall.
