Alderic smiled understandingly at Kanin. "Not your cup of tea than? It's fine more for me." He said with a grin loving how excited A'ine was. He was rather aware of how people reacted and such. "My older sister doesn't like sweet stuff either." He said smiling as he pushed the glasses back up on his nose.

A'ine couldn't help but chuckle a little. Most of the time Alderic seemed to be the one with mind reading abilities. He was so aware of everyone and kind to them also. She sighed shrugging. "A'eda'n isn't like that, and they were right to a point, he was different, is. But they were just too closed minded. Besides A'eda'n is really gentle and wouldn't hurt anyone" she said looking around getting good vibes off of everyone's minds, they were all enjoying themselves.

Mitch shrugged a little. "In a couple of them, I mostly acted in ones I didn't write. It was easier for everyone for me to direct mine." He said smiling at her.

Jora shook her head. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just clumsy." She said looking at his face nervously. "Are you okay? I did bump into you." She asked waiting for his response.

Alice watched the fire as she snacked on her brother's s'more. She would be lying if she said she wasn't jealous of Kanin's ability to talk to people. "How many siblings do you have?" Alice asked Alderic.

Kanin was amazed at how well Alderic could read people, and more importantly, say exactly the right thing. Being around Alderic was enough to make anyone feel at ease, even Alice apparently. "A'eda'n appears to be a good person, with good morals," Kanin said, struggling slightly to pronounce A'ine's brothers name. "I do hope people are treating him well here."

Ember tipped her head back to look at the sky. The glow of the fire in the corner of her eye made it hard to see any stars directly above her, so she looked back down at the ground. "I've only read plays, I've never seen any," she said.

Orion smiled reassuringly. "I'm fine. C'mon, you saw me fall off a cliff. I can survive being bumped into," he joked.

Alderic smiled at her. "Five sisters zero brothers, that's why I'm so charming no other boys to brainwash me." He said beginning to roast more marshmallows. "There's Bergetia, Lilly and Tendance, my little triplet sisters. Treas, my older bookworm sister and Marcia, the bossy oldest one." He said smiling as he thought of them.

A'ine smiled a little. "They are, I haven't seen him that much which is good, great even, bet he's thinking of how to woo a classmate of ours." She said jokingly smiling at Kanin. "A'eda'n, really is just a kindhearted soul. He would take fishnet for one of the kids who bullied him. She said smiling at the thought.

Mitch smiled a little glancing up at the stars. "Well, I'm going to check out the theater group her to see if I can improve it a bit. I think there'll be a play right before Christmas break." He said looking around at everyone again.

Jora frowned a little. "Yeah... Of course I saw it. It was my fault after all." She said giving a nervous laugh her hair falling over her face hiding it from him.

"Did they all perform in the circus too?" Alice asked, smoothing out her dress as she watched the marshmallows slowly begin to brown.

Kanin smiled too. "If wooing classmates interests your brother, what interests you?" he asked, and almost hit himself because it sounded like a stupid conversation starter, even if he was genuinely curious.

"You should. Do you know what the play is?" Ember asked, picking up a stick and poking the fire with it, smiling at the ensuing sparks.

Orion shook his head adamantly. "No way! That was completely my fault. I'm pretty darn clumsy. Besides, I didn't get hurt. Flying does come in handy at times," he said, grinning at Jora.

(Sorry for the brevity.)

Alderic smiled. "They do. Tendance Bergetia and Lilly are the cutest little flying ponies and have a great aerial act. Treas likes doing a daring juggling act. And Marcia does an acrobatic act." He said finishing the marshmallows and made them into s'mores bringing them over to Ember and Mitch. "There you are, enjoy." He said with a grin.

A'ine couldn't help but burst out laughing at his statement. "I was only joking. He just likes her, I don't even know if he knows he likes her yet." She said with a dying chuckle. "I like to work with my knives. A'eda'n and I both picked up a weapon when we came to the surface and we caught onto them quickly. I also work on my powers. I didn't even know I could mindspeak to people other then my brother until I met Ember." She said shrugging. "Don't really have a lot of things I enjoy up her yet." She added quickly.

Mitch shook his head. "I tried to ask Master Alexander earlier but he only knew the basics of the plot, which fall in line with serval plays I know of." He said accepting the s'more from Alderic with a smile and a nod of thanks.

Jora shook her head slowly not moving her hair out of the way. She felt a little judged with how he said that. She could fly... If she could transform like normal. "I should've warned you, I probably could have if I was paying better attention." She said quietly walking a little apart from him. He could have gotten badly hurt if his reaction time wasn't as good as it was.

(Tis alright.)

(Dang it Orion, just when you were having a normal conversation with Jora..XD)

"I always wanted to be a magician," Alice said with a daydreamy expression. She quickly snapped out of it and added hurriedly, "When I was younger of course!" She pulled a deck of cards out of her pocket, and began to shuffle them absentmindedly.

"I am sure you will find many enjoyable things here soon. I can't even use a weapon," Kanin said laughing. "My monster form isn't exactly terrifying," he added. He didn't really mind that his monster form was just a blue rabbit. Which wasn't even a monster really. However, he could run really fast, and he was amazing at hide-and-seek.

Ember took the other s'more. "Thank you," she murmured to Alderic. "I look forward to seeing the play," Ember said with a small smile as she began to eat the s'more.

Orion came to a halt. "Jora, stop blaming yourself. I just slipped. There's nothing you or I could have done. It was just me being clumsy," he said. He stepped a bit closer to her, hoping to reassure her.

(XD it's as much Jora's falt as Orion's.)

Alderic grinned at her. "Well, if you show me some of your tricks I'll show you mine." He said sitting down by the fire putting his hands behind his neck slouching against the trunk his elbows sticking out.

A'ine chuckled slightly pulling out a knife from her vest. "Well, it's good to have knowledge about at least one. Maybe you could ask the weaponry teachers to help." She said flipping the knife around in her hand absentmindedly looking at him.

Mitch smiled at her finishing his s'more. "I'll make sure it's as good as it can be then." He said smiling light shifting a little.

Jora sighed shaking her head a little as she walked past him. "Sure." She said quietly looking down her hair covering her face, hiding it from view. She still had her arms crossed over her stomach tightly her fingers white as she felt a small heat forming in her hands.

Alice raised an eyebrow and straightened up. "Fair enough," she said. "With or without magic?" she asked. She could control the cards with her magic, but she had learned to do all the same tricks (On a less impressive scale) without magic.

"That would probably prove to be of help," Kanin said, eyeing the blade. He didn't particularly want to learn how to use a weapon, but A'ine was right.

Ember finished her s'more as well. "The most experience I've had with drama is the shadow puppet shows I made for my sister,' Ember said. That was one of the reasons she loved bonfires. The shadows they cast were mesmerizing.

Orion sped up and whirled around to face Jora. He gently pushed her hair out of her face. "Stop blaming yourself Jora. I don't blame you in the slightest. You know what my sister would have said if she was here: 'Oh, Orion fell again? That clumsy idiot.' And then she'd rant about one of the other times I fell to make me sound like a complete fool," Orion said, realizing afterward that talking about his sister wasn't the most relevant of things to say.
(Whoa, Orion is being direct for once. Even if he still doesn't know what to say. XD)

Alderic grinned pushing his glasses up on his nose. "How about one of each? Then I'll do a trick in human form then one in monster form." He said sitting up to give her undivided attention.

A'ine sensed his discomfort. "But of course if you'd rather just not use weapons that's a good choice too." She said putting her knife away. "So what do you like to do?" She asked putting her elbow on her knee resting her chin on her hand looking at him.

Mitch smiled at her. "That's nothing to sneeze at. Shadow puppets arent easy." He said with a kind smile.

Jora sighed a little. "Okay." She said quietly walking around him a little. She knew he was trying to help but that didn't make her feel better.

(From my new phone. ^^)

(Sorry if the card trick is not that impressive. It's the only one I found that I could explain well. XD)
Alice grinned. "Okay then. Hey Kanin! Can I borrow a pen?" she asked. Kanin pulled a pen out of his pocket and tossed it to her. She caught it and handed it, along with a card to Alderic. "Sign the card," she said.

After Kanin handed the pen to Alice, he turned back to A'ine. "Well, I really liked sledding, and Alice loved snowboarding, but there's no snow here. We used to build huge snow castles. Like, ones you could crawl around inside. So maybe I'll try making a tree fort or something one of these days," Kanin said. He and Alice were used to snow. Even in summer, there was at least patches of it. It was extremely unnerving that there was no snow whatsoever around here.

"They are when you can control shadows," Ember said smiling back, twisting her hand slightly, and shaping a nearby shadow into a butterfly.

Orion fell into step next to Jora, trying to think of what to say. And he was not going to resort to talking about the weather. "You know, what I said earlier is true. About liking your company and all that." Orion said awkwardly.
(Congratulations! ^^)
