Hmmmmmmm I think 8/10.
The snow in the background and the yellow on the beak of the raven don't seem to add anything in particular to the avatar.
I've always had the hardest time using that raven in a pure white outfit like yours. It's really a pain;; the black raven works a lot better because of its beak.

Mysteriously lovely. The purple and black go well together. Enough color to draw the eye but with elegance.

6/10 While I love the bright colors and the hair is awesomely colored I think the staff doesnt match at all

Yeah I was going for wicked look ;)
7/10 love the color of the wind with the sword but the head band clashes with the rest, maybe try changing the color of your shirt to something else as well?

9/10 - It all goes together very well, not just the items but the bases you chose. I especially like that you managed to make a hairstyle with scrunchies look villainous. :P Took off a point because the green stems on the roses and the yellow eye shadow throw me off a bit.
