He blinked twice and smiled a little at her smile, for some reason it just made him feel he had to smile. It felt odd but nice. "That's cool. They are fascinating creatures."

When she looked away his smile dropped and he pulled his head back into the car, feeling that he'd bothered her. He assumed that's why she looked away, that she didn't want the half angel to bother her.
