The bag rustled near the tense stallion, Lightning let out a whinnying scream and reared, Max gasped and fell off, her head hit the cement with a sickening thud.

Owen had also fell off, but didn't get hurt. He rushed over to Max. He held her in his arms, examining her head

Max groaned and then blacked out, Lightning hadn't bolted since he realized it had been just a bag, he nickered worriedly.

Owen stood, with Max still in his arms. He mounted Sparky and said, "come on, Lightning. We need to get her to a hospital." Sparky cantered towards the nearest hospital

When they got to the hospital Owen got off, carrying Max into the ER section. They got her in right in, but told Owen he would have to wait in the waiting room
