Jason first looked thoughtfully up at him, thinking for a second where he was,and why he wasn't either in the human or dragon realm. But as soon as he understood he slipped back on his flirty jockey tone tho his shoulders where stiff and his soft laugh forced. "Nothing important." But his tone was quiet.

"Great. Then you can tell me about it while we walk." He figured that he didn't want to talk about it, but still...it might be important.

Jason's shoulders stiffened all the more and his breathing seemed to become faster and more shallow, but he clearly was trying to act as if it was fine. "Heh,really it's just random stuff, besides what does it matter?"

Ash stared at him, raising an eyebrow. "It matters greatly to you, I can tell."

Jason turned his face away, tho his scales started swirling with pink and orange at the edges where he couldn't keep his emotions from showing. He crossed his arms and tapped his tail as if frustrated but really...he did want to talk about it,to get this stress of the war off his shoulders and maybe have someone to confide in,but he didn't think that it would be wise to talk about it,specifically seeing to the fact that Ash was "taking him prisoner".

"Don't be stubborn," he warned, "or I may have to kill you." He then said in a way lower voice, "don't worry, I'm sure it wont be any use to the people or the Queen."

For a second Jason almost rolled his eyes at the mention of his death again, but then his expression shifted to a bit of confusion as he looked to Ash again. "..." But he suddenly tried to hide how badly he wanted to talk, but it wasn't as harsh as how he'd tried to hide it before. "I thought you where going to kill me in the first place anyway....and...I guess I can talk but you...never mind. I'll talk." He said, shaking something else he had wanted to say from his sentence.

"Well, we need to get moving so you can talk while walking." He pulled him out of Twigg's house and they were normal-sized again. Outside was silent and still as death, as they ventured deeper into the Nevernever.

Jason stayed close tho giving Ash personal space. He wasn't sure how to really explain what he had dreamed of last night.

Jason was saved from starting. They hadn't gone far when they came upon the patch of death in the middle of the forest. The wyldwood was an eerie, quiet place, but it was still alive. Trees stood ancient and tall, plants bloomed, and splashes of vibrant color pierced the grayness, indicating life. Animals slipped through the trees and strange creatures moved about in the shadows. Then. All of a sudden, the trees dropped away, and they stood at the edge of a barren clearing. What little grass remained was yellow and dying, sparse patches of vegetation in the rocky mound. A few trees were scattered here and there, but they were withered, twisted things, empty of leaves and blackened. From a distance, the branches glinted, jagged and sharp, like weird metal sculptures. The hot wind smelled of copper and dust.
