Blackie had decided to play tug of war with a stick with the only person willing... Or really the only person he needed to convince...

"Blackie," Kenzie whisper complained as the dog began tugging on their shirt. Blackie dropped the stick in their lap. "Oh, fine." Kenzie said, grabbing the stick amd preparing to throw it. Instead, the dog jumpes up and latched onto it, starting a game of tug of war.

Sly lifted his small body when smelling a nearby dog, ears tucking back. Nyx watched his movements, Sly taking a few steps back before going invisible. She listened to Sly, the only one able to hear him, even if someone were to read Nyx or Sly's mind.

I smell a dog...

Kenzie just let go at one point or another, and Blackie ended up bumping into TJ, who grabbed the sog before Blackie could do any more trouble.

Nyx let out a sigh and sat up, the bright sun glinting in her eyes, but didn't cause her any harm. The top of her head was now visible from the very distance.

Blackie wriggled out of TJ's grip, and raced away. "Bad Blackie!" TJ hissed as he got to his feet and raced after his pet.

Nyx glanced over the grass, her back remaining turned to where the group was, listening to Sly's nervous whimpers that played in her head.

Blackie raced away from TJ, went beyond where Nyx was, and then raced backwards, surprising TJ, who was knocked of balance by Blackie, who jumped up around TJ. "Oh great. Fine." TJ threw the stick Blackie had brought him, and Blackie streaked after it.

Nyx jolted in surprise, watching the black lab chase after something, then walk past her again. She paid no attention to it.

Blackie hadn't brought the stick back... Just an unpleasant surprise. "Blackie... Seriously?" TJ huffed, and shooka his head, heading back to find the stick. Once he did, he held it up to Blackie. "This is what you were chasing." Blackie looked up at TJ innocently.
