The hood he wore cut some of his vision off but there was no doubt that it was the wolf standing above him. "Run." He told the girl under the tree. Slowly drawing his sword he stood facing the wolf. "You don't have to do this you know..."

She grabbed the mans hand, glaring at the werewolf.

Kuro looked at the sword and snapped her jaws in fury. she hopped down and went to all fours and from a distance of 10 meters circled them for a weak point she could attack

The man stood his ground, ready to attack if need be. "This isn't really you, don't let the animal take control..." He said softly, as calmly as he dared. "Inside your still human."

Amethyst jumped down and crouched low in front of her friend. "Kuro. I know you're still inside there. Remember when we took down the Saber Tooth Tigers and Bears together, or when we were little when we won the hunting trophy?" She stuck her hand out, for the werewolf to sniff. They may be a beast, but that doesn't mean it forgets a scent.

Kuro took a sniff then remembered something, her and Amethyst shooting arrows at a saber tooth but it was quickly washed away. she growled then raised a paw with claws glinting in the moonlight. she gets ready to strike but then thinks 'NO!" and her eyes switch between ice blue and red. her paw stays in the air as she shudders with the werewolf and Kuro in control. she manages to slightly say "go...now" with strains to speak

"Not unless you're coming with me. Remember when we first met- in this very spot. You were hurt and I helped you to the medic. You were on crutches for weeks and I helped you around and carried your things. Remember when I found you that dead bear and helped you skin it?" Amethyst smiled a bit.

Rafe-
The wolf was at least trying yet the woman was not helping. The man took her by the arm and started pulling her away. "She told us to leave." He said firmly. "Let's go before we become her next meal."

Amethyst kicked him in the no-no place. "Not until she turns back. I wouldn't leave her even if it meant I died for it."

Rafe-
The sharp blow made him release the girl, then double over in pain. "Why-why did you...do that?" He winced. "I just trying to help for God's sake!" He grabbed her again this time picking her up and carrying her off. "She'll be fine, just let her do her own thing."
