I have another question.
If some of the spices, like Griffi ones, don't sell before Sunday, are we able to just hold on to them and use them for next years festival? Or will they retire out like the tokens?

They will retire.
We like to have each festival start fresh. We also usually tweak numbers, etc for each new festival and we don't want the previous year's items being stockpiled as it would mess up what we set up for the next festival.
