There are good things and bad things about it. I love spending time with some of my residents. But then there is cleaning up things like this:
And some of my residents are abusive. I have been punched, slapped, scratched, kicked and pinched. And if I haven't been bitten, it hasn't been from lack of trying. And don't get me started on the verbal abuse.
