"Wasn't she one of the last?" Houston asked.
Selkie took a deep breath ignoring the question.

"Perhaps you are just a rare breed?" Kaladin suggested, then shook his head. "N-nevermind,"

"I'm the last of the sea otters. My parents searched the world looking for others but there weren't any." Selkie spoke solomly. "Not that I really care I'm happy when I'm on the sea."

Huston whimpered a little looking at Selkie.

"Yilokho esisabekayo... I cannot imagine what that must be like..." Kaladin replie sympathetically.

"It's fine. I'll have a life of adventure on the sea why would I want more?" Selkie smiled.

"There are still River Otters." Huston suggested.

Selkie looked at Huston like he was tried to hurt him.
Huston made a smart move by backing up.

Kaladin thought about it a moment, then nodded and rested his head on the table, satisfied with the answer. "I suppose..." he said, closing his eyes. Not asleep, just calm.

"Get some sleep. The hurricane is nearly over." Selkie glanced at the door.

The hurricane was dying down Skipper was soaked but happy.

Kaladin wasn't about to protest the suggestion. "As long as you do, too," He joked before nodding off.

Collin nodded in greeting. "Hello there~! I hope we arn't interupting any rituals," he said with a light chickle, gesturing to all the locks.

"I plan to." Selkie was half asleep already in the chair.

Huston grabbed a few blankets and drapped them over Taika and Kaladin. Huston debated on putting one on Selkie who had fallen asleep then decided to.
