Gadget just watched Knuckles ease down the wall. He swallowed hard. "...here goes..." he fired his grappling hook at the c eling of the cavern and slowly lowered himself down, laughing nervously.

Knuckles laughed a little at the joke. Gadget, however, didnt find it very funny, and looked up at her with a grimace, ears flattened against his skull.
