"I said 'might'..." Sonic started.

Val gave Sonic a glare, "That doesn't make me feel better." she growled.

"That doesn't mean anything right now. Now hold still, I'm gonna see what I can do to clean it off and patch it up," He said, setting down the kit and clicking it open. He took out a cotton ball and some achlohol. "Okay, It's gonna sting, but that means it's doing it's job." He warned before dabbing it on the wound.

As soon as Sonic started touching her wound with the cotton her fur stuck out like quills.

Sonic didn't seem to mind too much. He was used to prickly fur. "Settle down, kid. I'm tryin' to help you out here," He muttered as he worked. Scarlet and Holt just watched in scilence. "There's this painkilling plant up here. I'll get it for you, but it tastes.... I'm trying to think of a better way to say really, really bad," Sonic continued.

Val looked at Sonic, "If it gets rid of the pain then please get it." she said.

Sonic nodded. "Alright," He said, handing her a guaz pad. "Hold that to it, I'll be right back." The hedgehog said, zipping off. Scarlet flew over to Val with and appoligetic gaze.

Val smiled gently, "It's ok, its not your fault, I thought the rock would break."

Scarlet chirpped and nuzzled Val affectionately. "~~....."

Val smiled, she pet the Wisp with a smile
