I'd hear the sniffle and sigh a bit, knowing she was crying. I walked over to her and hugged her from behind, around her stomach. "I'm here for you, i know it's hard..."

She sighed and lay her arms on his over her belly. With a whimper she turned in his arms and buried her face in his chest. "She's all I have left," she cried. "My mom is dead, my dad gave me away and no one else wants me." Her shoulders shook and she hugged him tightly.

I'd put my head on top of her's, my eye's looking into her's. "That's not true...I want you." I'd say, hugging her a bit tighter.

She was so shocked that she stopped crying and looked up at him with wide eyes. "What?"

I gtg. I won't be on for two days but I will answer when I can ))

I'd continue to hug her, smiling a bit. "I said that i wanted you, or at least, that i love you." I'd look down at her, repeating what i said. "I love you Vivian."

Ghost shifted again and started coughing.

Her mouth fell open slightly and tears spilled from her eyes again. "I love you to, Max." She smiled and tucked her head under his chin.

Jax jumped up and looked down at her worriedly, smacking the "Call" button on the bed.

I'd smile a bit, moving to wipe her tears away and then continue to hug her. "How about we get those cookies done and watch a good movie?" I'd ask, then moving to kiss her forehead.

Vivian nodded and reluctantly let go of him, turning to open the oven and check on the cookies. She poked one experimentally and nodded in satisfaction. She snagged a hot pad off the counter and pulled the snicker doodles out of the oven then pulled out the PB Kiss cookies. She took the cinnamon and sugar mix she had prepared earlier and sprinkled it on the snicker doodles then pressed the chocolate kisses into the PB cookies, placing them back in the oven for a minute to let the chocolate melt a little before pulling them out again and putting all the cookies onto two different plates, handing the snicker doodle one to Max with a smile.
