Frost nodded. He was sweating, the den was really hot and he well, his name explains. He walked towards the herbs and smelled them all. He stopped and remembered the black berries he once ate, grabbed them and added them to the mix. Sizzling could be heard.

"Good" She said digging at the ceiling of the den until there was a sizable hole for which the smoke and heat could escape " Now... she said Holding her forearm out over the mix " I need you to bite my arm so that it bleeds, use you eyes to find the major Vein... " she panted
