Victoni turned to the voice,"I am just explaining that the monster is under the ruins." He turned back to the children,"As you may have heard, the monster lives under the ruins." He turned and walked towards the broken down window. "We are the only ones who survived the Magon."

Howlite shivered at the thought of a huge creature living under them. It was probably attacking things as the spoke. "Whats the Magon..?"

Victoni looked back to Starlit. "The Magon is a huge dragon-like creature. It has huge talons along with fangs that can tear a mountain in half. There are gigantic spikes coming down its back, with a snake like tail."

Twister moved closer Howlite at the thought of a huge-dragon like. She nuzzled Howlite gently with her ears back.

Starlit laughed softly as she swam over to him. "Yes, but you don't to scare them.." Her eyes gazed upon the children now that they were a bit older. "What he says in true... Many had got injured and trapped while trying to escape... We thought we were the only to survive here, but it seem some had manage to escape since the two of you are here... " Her eyes fell upon the feline Aquatic, "How about you little one, are there anymore?"

"I..I'm not sure.. Mama died when I was only 2 months,,, I found Howlite a month later around the lake.." Twist mew sadly as she nuzzled her face into Howlite

"I'm 5 months old ma'am.. all I remember is washing up on the shore of the lake, but that is fuzzy." Howlite nuzzled Twister and frowned,"But then isn't the monster still here..?"

"Yes, he lives under the city, awaiting more animals to walk into his trap. We were in trouble, so we sent two of each kind, a male and a female of each, so that if we did not survive, we would not be forgotten. You two must have been the only offspring."

Twister looked up the two older ones with a tilt of her head. She then looked to Howlite as she licked his cheek.

"Right now, he currently in hibernation until he believes the time is right..." Starlit rubbed against Victoni, nuzzling him gently. Her eyes soften upon the young Spidred. "Oh my. I see...It must had been hard for you, little one."

Twister mew softly, looking to Howlite then back to the other two again. "Is it going to get us for being here? Is there a way to get rid of this big monster?" She was curious as she wanted to explore more, but she didn't want to be eaten either.

Victoni jumped onto the broken window and was quiet for a moment. "Then that means that the Koi Spinners did not make it... W..Why did they have to send my son.." He hung his head as he whispered to himself. "The Magon will wait until it is more populated to strike. You can explore, but do not go near the edges of the city!"

Howlite shivered, wondering what happens at the edges of the city. "What happens there...?"

Starlit swam over to Victoni to the broken window and sat down on the edge of it. She nuzzled Victoni gently, tilting her head before gazing over to the young ones. "It's dangerous there..." But she knew other wise as she glanced to Victoni.

Twister glanced to Howlite as she nuzzled him. "Dangerous? please Tell us..." In a way, she was curious about the edge of the city, yet caution. "What should we do, Howlite?"

The old Koi Spinner licked Starlit's cheek gently. "Y..You can tell them..." He choked out.

Howlite put a paw over Twister defensively. "I don't know if you want to know Twister. It might be better not to. I-If you want to raise children together, we might not want to know." Howlite said looking at Twister, wondering what she would say.

Starlit nodded her head and smiled softly, She purred softly, nuzzling his cheek lovingly before gazing over to the two.

Twister thought a for moment, then sighed. Howlite had a point...If they wanted pups of their own one day, then they should be in an safe area. "I understand, Howlite.." She leaned over to give his cheek a lick.

Starlit smiled lightly and sadly to the two. "Young one... Reason we don't want you near the edge of the city is because..Well... It's where the reminds of our kind rests... the bodies of every spidreds and feline aquatics rest..."

Victonoi got up from the window and swam over to Howlite,"You are my grandson.. you are the only way to make more Spidreds. I will not allow you to be mates with this cat."

Howlite looked up at the old Spidred. "You don't control my life. I thought that we were the only Spidreds left, how would that work? I love this cat and I will be mates with her. We will have pups." Howlite picked up Twister by he scruff and put her on his back. He swam over and took the crown off the shelf. He swam back to the last floor and started to swim up to the shore.

"Victoni! Now you hold on one moment!" Starlit looked offended when he spoke about Twister.

Twister let out a mew before she was tossed onto Howlite's back. She shifted her weight as she moved her paws around him and nuzzled the back of his neck. She glanced back at the two older species of their kind before shaking her head at them. "I love you too, Howlite. Nothing will change that.." She wrapped her tail against her form, making it easy for Howlite to swim faster without any faults. She buried her face into his fur with soft purrs being emitted.


A sigh left Starlit's lips as she glared at VIctoni, "Now why on the world you have to say that?! They may not be the same species, but at least they are able to continue on both of our race!" She then whacked the old Spidred in the head with her paw. "If they get hurt...It's your own darn fault, Mister."
