elk looked at the water then at falcon elk got up and sat beside him looking at water as he did trying to figure out what he was looking at " what's in the water? " elk looked at him tilting her trying to start a conversation

He smiled "the souls of past warriors..."

" are they trapped it the water " elk looked at the water taking out on of her claws she lightly touches the water and watches the ripples on the water fade

"no.... they just are the water..."

Aspen bowed his head, "when you are, Iron." He had literaly no idea what was going on, but he didnt like it when Blue had talked to Cobalt in that way...

She nodded and brushed her tail in a near by fireplace covering it with the dark soot she they swiped her tail across his face. They shouldn't recognize you... shouldn't..." she offered him a soft smile " Okay remember don't react to anything" She flung the soot from her tail and walked past another curtain leaving him and Cobalt alone. Cobalt wagged his tail as he watched her lave and then turned to Aspen " You know your lucky man... she is a prime little lady"

Aspen grinned at Cobalt sheepishly. 'I'm not sure how pleased she would be being called "little lady" though.'

"You would be surprised" she said returning from the curtin her voice was cracked and flooded with pain she looked like someone had beaten her like a dirty rugs he limped into the room and glanced at Aspen as if to say something awful had happend and he needed to go

Aspen took Blue's hint. "I need to be somewhere. My boss wont be happy if I'm late," he lied. He stood up ad wandered over to the door, "a pleasure to meet you Cobalt." He looked at Blue expectantly, not willing to leave her.

She chuckled and smiled softly "you did good oh and cobalt the boys did lovely I look absolutely awful" ( I'd if I mentioned that cobalt is a pit bull ) she smiled again and walked over to Aspen " you know I have grown fond of you"
