Mitch smiled at her as he glanced over at the woods. "I'm sure they'll at least find her." He said rubbing Ember's arm a little.

Jora tensed at Orion's touch. She would have pulled away if she wasn't afraid he'd fall. She turned on the branch a little to make it where she couldn't see him and where he couldn't see her face. She didn't want him to see the ever growing wisp of smoke around her face as she breathed shakily using her arms to unwrap Orion's arms from around her.

Phinesa grinned back at Saffy. "It will be so good to see Saquia smile!" She said a little loudly before covering her mouth. They were in a library.

Alexander smiled glad the girls were excited. "Ah. Glad I could help. Now then." He said pulling out a pencil. "The three towns are New Haven, Jeronco, and Malo." He said circling each town in turn. "Why are you girls looking for her old home?" He asked them kindly.

"Yes, they will," Ember said, poking at the fire with a stick. She shifted the kindling around so the fire burned brighter and higher.

"Jora, listen. You didn't hurt Alderic. And you need to learn how to control your power somehow right? Alderic's the perfect teacher. You're not going to hurt him," Orion said, putting his hands on the branch.

"It's for her sister! Saquia!" Saffy said, equally as excited as Phinesa. Saffy leaned over the maps, looking at the circles. "So Saffy, was the town in the middle of the forest, on the edge, or half-enclosed by the forest?" Saffy asked, pointing to each town in turn. "Do you remember the name of the owner of the big castle mansion thing?" she asked.

Mitch sighed looking up at the stars. "So. A'ine's a stinker." He said smiling before glancing over at Ember. "She knew I kissed you before we got here." He said a faint blush on his cheeks.

Jora shook before turning and quickly sliding down the tree. She could feel the fire bubbling in her and didn't want to think about what would happen if it got released while she was in a tree in a forest. She turn and started running in the dark forest trying to find anywhere she could go.

Liz had honestly been watching. She wondered which of the two guys was Jora's friend. She saw her running away upset and turned into monster form in the tree across from where Jora and the boy had been. She dived down to where Jora was and turned back into human form grabbing her hand letting go after feeling how hot it was. Jora looked at her terror in her eyes. The half vampire grabbed her arm and dragged her with surprising speed.

Phinesa shook her head. "No but it's not like it'd take forever to visit all three." She said happily before looking at the teacher. "Would it?" She asked making a face.

Alexander smiled at the girls. "It would take about a day and a half to get to the closest from her on foot. The other two are just a little further from the first and should take a half day." He said smiling. "Unless you have a flying friend." He said kindly plotting out the best courses for each town.

"Yeah, I kinda guessed that," Ember said, smiling embarrassedly. She stuck a stick in the fire, and waited for it to light up before pulling it out and watching it slowly burn.

Orion shifted, leaping into the sky, following her. He spotted Jora and another girl running away from the forest. He flew down towards them, and landed. "Jora I can fly you out of here," he said, shifting back into a human so he could run alongside them.

"Not yet, but my roommate can fly! And I'm hoping we can be friends!" Saffy said, her excitement growing.

Mitch smiled as he watched Ember play with the stick. "I bet you A'ine brought our food up." He said slowly standing to look around the little area for anything that might be a plate.

Liz yelped as she let go of Jora's arm feeling it get warmer. She stopped grabbing Orion's arm with surprising strength. "Are you stupid?!" She yelled at him as Jora continued to run. "You're scaring her! I don't know what you did but cut it out!" She yelled in his face.

Jora shook as she ran. Why was this happening? She just wanted it to be over. She heard someone walking around nearby and ran past them just as she heard Alderic yell her name near her. She felt a few tears welling up in her eyes as one went down her face evaporating.

Alexander smiled at the excited girls. "Well, you should be going to bed shortly. Goodnight my dear students." He said to them as he turned around walking away.

Phinesa grinned waving goodbye. "Thank you." She said rolling up the maps. "Let's go! We have a lot to plan!" She said excitedly.

Ember tossed the stick in the fire, and stood up too She walked over to the edge of the cliff, and stood, staring out over the lake, letting her hair whip around her face from the wind. She wasn't too afraid of falling, since she could always transform, but it made her a bit uneasy to be so close to the edge.

"Listen! I think I can help! Water will cool her down, won't it? I'm a water dragon. Please. I don't want to stand here doing nothing again!" Orion yelled back, losing his cool for one of the first times since he had gotten here. He met the girl's eyes, pleading her to let him help.

Alice slipped her shoes back on and wandered into the forest. She stopped short when she saw Kanin resting his back against a log, his head tilted back and his eyes closed. She sighed, stomping up behind him and plopping down on the log next to him, glaring off to the side. Kanin opened one eye, and smiled softly. He scooted closer to Alice to let her know he forgave her. He closed his eyes again, before his ears shot up, and he bolted to his feet. Alice turned her head, looking back at him over her shoulder. "What is i-" she heard the faint sounds of someone yelling. She stood up, and began to walk towards the noise, not needing to look back and Kanin to know he was following her.

"Yeah! Thank you!" Saffy called, standing up, and skipping ahead of Phinesa. She turned around, bouncing on her feet. "So, shall we try to find llandere tommorow?" she asked.

Mitch found their food near the bags on the ground. He looked up smiling at Ember as she stood near the edge. It made him a little nervous and he walked over standing slightly behind her before hearing Orion yelling. "Should we go find them?" He asked concern in his voice.

Liz glared at him. "I don't know what's happening to her and I don't know who you are but water doesn't sound too good for a phoenix..." She said holding Orion's arm as she heard another boy crashing around near by.

Alderic heard Orion yelling and turned to look at the sound but heard someone breaking branches a little bit away. He figured Orion would forgive him for ditching him to go after Jora. He started quietly after the sound.

Jora ran her eyes burning from the tears and the smoke around her face. She was only trouble to everyone... She shouldn't be here. She thought as she ran out into a small clearing bending forward with her head between her legs trying to calm down. She could have killed someone just then... Jora let out another breath as she remembered all the things that had happened her so far. She had made friends... but she kept hurting them... They kept making sure she was okay before anything else... But she kept running from them. Her head spun from all the thoughts as she sat down on the grass. She held a hand out in front of her staring at her fingers.

Phineda grinned at Saffy her hooves making a small clacking sound as she caught up to her friend. "Course we will. And if that doesn't work we'll just hang out near the bird class till we make a friend."

Ember thought for a bit. "I think so," she said. She turned to look at the fire. "I'm just worried about leaving the fire unattended," she said, frowning as she tried to think of a way to make sure nothing happened with the fire if they did leave.

"I know that, but I can't sit here and do nothing!" Orion yelled. His anger suddenly left him and he sighed sighing. "Look, sorry, I'm just frustrated," he said, softer. "I just make it worse for her," he said, turning to look in the direction she went.

Kanin heard the yelling change to talking, but the voices were clearer now. He turned his head and saw a fire up on the hill. "Alice, the fire," he said, continuing to head towards the voices. He knew Alice would make sure the fire was controlled. He transformed into a rabbit, and hopped into a clearing where a girl huddled on the ground, obviously upset. He hopped over to her, and sat up on his hind legs, putting his paws on her knees to get her attention.

Alice walked up the hill, and took in the scene: a boy, a girl, and a bonfire. "Are bonfires even legal here?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I don't want her to think we're just using her though," Saffy said, turning and striding confidently down the hallway.

Mitch looks behind him at the fire. "I could ice it..." He said quietly before hearing another girl behind him. He looks at her tilting his head. "I'm not sure. It was a friends idea." He said stepping closer to the girl to be in front of Ember a little protectively.

Jora pulled away from the odd rabbit knowing her skin was hot to the touch. "Go away!" She yelled at it breathing heavily. She didn't want to hurt anyone. She felt her fire building up more as she started hyperventilating from the shock of the rabbit.

Alderic heard Jora and thought she had been talking to him. "How'd she..?" He said to himself as he continued through the last trees to find Jora crying staring at a rabbit. She was shaking violently and Alderic walked over quickly squatting in front of her. "Hey Jora... Calm down." He said putting his hands on her bare shoulders feeling how hot they were.

Liz glared at the boy. "What are you talking about!?"

Phinesa thought for a bit. "Well, we'll just have to be awesome friends!" She said happily.

Ember walked up to only slightly behind Mitch. She was still in the shadows, but close enough to watch and listen to the conversation.

"Why would ya want to ice it? It's blazing nicely," Alice said, stepping towards the fire, and reaching a hand towards it to feel it's warmth.

Orion shook his head. "It's not my story to tell," he said, doubting Jora would want another person to know the whole story. He turned to look towards the direction Jora went, deciding not to follow. He figured he would just mess up again.

Kanin's paws felt horribly hot, and he looked at the girl in concern. She was burning to the touch. He breathed a sigh of relief when someone else came. He hopped towards her again, tilting his head to the side, and back a bit so he could see her face.

"Sounds like a plan!" Saffy replied. She grabbed Phinesa's wrist and began running through the library, careful to make sure they didn't run into anyone.
