Jack didn't let go of Ray either, but sighed. "Alright."

Scarab nods and heads to a wall. They pause, "Kiara, did your brother change the position of the table again?"
"Oh, yeah. Its on the opposite wall now." Kiara informs. Scarab grumbles and heads to the table.
"He loves me." Scarab says sarcastically as they set the table.
Kiara laughs, "No. No, he really hates you."

Jack picked Ray back up and just cradled them in his arms.

Kiara finished making dinner and she set it on the table. Her brother came in with two of his friends. They were all loud and obnoxious. Scarab kept well out of their way.
Ray hums happily, eyeing the food. "I'm hungry enough I could eat a horse." They claimed.
Kiara's brother (who I'll have to name eventually, I guess) laughs, "Sorry, the horses around here are needed for our work. Not to eat." Ray laughs as well.

Jack chuckled faintly, able to get along with anyone. So he was totally fine with the loud and obnoxious boys.

Kiara and Scarab on the other hand, weren't completely fine with the small group that had just entered. Scarab, especially, was annoyed.
Ray squirms out of Jack's grip and walks over to introduce themself to the boys and talk with them.
(*pulls random names out of hat* Parker, Ian, and Jacob. I guess those are the names of the new guys... Wanna play one for the time they're on stage? You can rename him if you choose one. =P)

Jack followed Ray.

Ian looked at them.

Ray introduced themself and Jack to the group and asked how their day had gone.
Parker was Kiara's little brother and he loved being the center of attention as some siblings can be. "I'm Parker! Nice to meet you. My day's been great. How 'bout you?"
"It's been just peachy." Ray chirps with a double thumbs up. "Except, you know, the not so fine parts of today. But I can say it was amazing because I had Jack and Jack makes everything better." They used their arms a lot while they're talking.

Jack chuckled as he watched Ray but said hi as Ian came to greet them. "Hello."

" 'Ey, names Ian." He offered a hand with a self confidant grin.

"And I'm Jacob." Jacob waves from beside Parker.
Ray beams at Ian and shake his hand. "Hi to you all."
"Ok, so since we all know each other now, let's quiet and settle down and eat." Scarab breaks in.
"Yes, yes. Eating is very important." Ray nods in agreement.
