"Those two will be gym leaders eventually or at leasts that's their goal," Ri explains, "so they know the gym leaders' stratigies. Those two are in perfect sink."

Lucario goes in for a close combat as Gardivior goes in for a hyper beam.

Seismitoad tanked Close Combat in favor of avoiding Hyper Beam and landing Drain Punch.

Lucario huffs as he steps back.
The two trainers nod to each other.

"Stand back," Ri warns.

Champ shuffled back. "Alright."

Seismitoad croaked, eyes narrowed.

Gardivior and Lucario nod to each other as they do a team attack Aura sphere and hyper beam.

There was no tanking that attack, that's for sure.
Clay sighed as he called back Seismitoad. "That," He said, "was one rodeo of a Pokemon battle."

Champ's ears perked up in interest. "Hm."

"Thank you,'' Moose speaks, "it was a good work out.''
Ginger nods again as Gardivior and Lucario walk over to Clay and give him the max revives both had.
"They enjoyed the competition as well,'' Ginger explains, "maybe we can do this again sometime.''

Ri smirks, "Told ya.''

"You did." Champ gave with a grin.

Clay smirked and gave the Lucario a pat on the head. "Heh, I'll battle a worthy opponent any day. It's been a while since my two have seen any action, even longer since they've had a double battle. I reckon y'all ain't lookin' for badges, but here..." He said, tossing Moose a TM. "Swords Dance. Boosts the odds of gainin' a crit. Your Lucario and Gardivoir could do without it, but maybe it'll help the rest of your team anyway."

Ginger clears her throat "Gardivior is my pokemon accually but thank you.''
Lucario growls faintly pushing Clay's hnd away, "No touching thank you.''
Moose frowns, "Lucario doesn't like anyone messing with him though knuckles and high fives are fine with him.''

Ri nods.

To show off Lucario did a series of complex martial arts moves back to Moose while Gardivior simply walked.

Champ smirked. "A bit egotistic, though." He noted, nodding at the Lucario.
