(Naturally Smoke put her in her inventory under the name "Toy.")
Smoke drew her sword, and used the Dragon rend shout,and the dragon came crashing out of the sky, at which point Smoke ran up and rammed her blade in one eye, through its brain, and out the other eye, at which point it stopped struggling.
