"I don't care how you do it, I just need you to be able to start that car." She nodded to the car she had parked beside. The windows were open a few inches to let in air.

"Okay. I can do that." He said, mind scrambling till he got a map of the type of car, mentally scanning over the wiring to find the best way to do it quickly and efficiently. It was as if his eyes raced with code or something, that's how detailed he could think.

In the back, a blue-and-white plastic ice chest rested on the seat

Interesting, Vex simply took it into account. He'd have to be careful not to jostle the car incase it had ice that could make noise in it. He carefully got out of the car.

Electa was keeping an eye on the road, leaning against the car as if they'd just stopped to take in the view. Glancing over at Vex, she shook her head. "Have you considered a life of crime?"

He shook his head, now carefully able to reach in and work the inside of the car door to open. He went in the drivers side and lowered his upper body down to pry open the wire panel. "N-not really. Never came to m-my mind. I sorta thought I cold f-find a living in soccer, b-but ... I s-suck at it, so n-not much hope either way there."

She didn't move; she just stood there for a moment, gazing down at him. "You're really amazing, you know that?"

He worked at the cover for the wiring, bumping his head softly in shock. "Wh-what? Uh, y-you sure you mean ... me?" He seemed to assume she was talking about someone else or something, like to someone she knew before and was saying things to them in the wind like in some shows his parents watched.

"Yeah, you! Silly. If you weren't here, I wouldn't be able to use this car."

He was confused, he assumed that his IQ was average and that everyone could know how to do these type of things. He soon was able to pull some wires out and work with the black and red ones. "Hm..." He narrowed his eyes and thought it over, tapping them together with a few sparks. "If I could... My glasses. Maybe, but not enough metal... I could stretch these out and then lace them with my glasses and then the wires of the other..." He muttered, now in afficient thought.
