"Yeah. An important day for healing."

Jason couldn't really argue with that, his torso did hurt. "But he needs help." he said, pointing to the baby as he kept struggling to climb up.

"I got it," Ash murmured, going to help the baby up

Jason didn't argue anymore, sighing.

The baby kept trying to get to the egg.

Ash helped him up

He warbled an effort of a thank you before rolling his way over to the egg. He chirped and wrapped around it, starting to gently chew on it.

"...Is he supposed to be doing that?"

Jasons' expression was confused. "Uh... I don't think so."

The baby kept doing what he was doing, but soon cute tiny light markings started to glow on him. On his sides, his sides of his neck, and top of his head. They where a light ... pink. "Num... num... num..."

"What do they say?"

"They're just his royal markings." Jason said. "They're the dragonic alphabet."

It took another minute before the baby stopped and let go of the egg, snuggling besides it. The only thing was, was that the egg responded; or rather the baby inside. There was a weak chirp and soft scraping sound.
