Jason didn't care as all went black,he didn't care except for one thing. Making sure he healed Ash. Despite that it would literally kill him.
Flasher stayed close,shaking,and flapped his strong wings to stay close to them. He cried out in shock as all went black.

As they woke, a hard tile floor was cold against their cheek. They lay in a long, dim room filled with desks and computers. A school computer lab! They were back in the mortal world! Ash was nowhere to be seen, but Grimalkin lay on a desk beneath a dingy window, purring in the sunlight coming through the glass.

Jason was limp,not waking. Flasher woke,groaning a bit,and saw his little brother. Cracked and limp under his own wings. "No no no no no!" He scuttled over,shaking and not daring to pick up the fragile figure. "Not again,please. First Clementine,then Lavender,and then Dad. Let alone Shade's sanity,please....please,no.Shadow,Silver needs you,the dragons need you...please,you can't die...not now." He kept talking over and over about how he was needed but Jason didn't hear him,he didn't move. his breathing faint.

Grim didn't say much, just kept enjoying the sunshine

After a while Flasher had a few cracks of his own in his horns,the elegant shapes curling up like a crown shuttered once faintly before cracking a bit. Jason woke,eyes gray but he pulled his weak body to a sit. "Flasher....Heh. I'm a useless pile of scales....the dragons need their king,you.Please. Go back...go back." Flasher shook his head rapidly but seemed wounded as Jason glared at him and growled coldly. "Go." Flasher,hurt,sighed a shuttering sound and stood,shifting quickly with skill to his royal form and spun around,opening a quick flame portal and jumping through. It disappeared as quickly as you could blink as his elegant tail disappeared. Jason,in great pain,flopped onto his back with a sound of crunching glass and thens poke to Grim. "Where's....Ash?"

"There you are." The cat yawned, cracking open one golden eye to stare at him. "I was beginning to think you would sleep forever. And the Winter prince is gone." Grimalkin sat up and stretched, wrapping his tail around himself. "He took off earlier before you woke up. He said he had some things to take care of. Told me to tell you not to wait for him."

Jason would have shaken his head but he couldn't,neck stiff glass now and cracking at Grims words. He closed his gray glassy eyes. "As...long as....he'll be okay." He said softly,his wings cracking quickly and suddenly seemed to turn so stiff that parts began to brake off. The color of his usually dancing with color rainbow scales had gone death black,just dead. He just laid there,not wanting to move. He didn't even want to live at the moment. He knew he was dying,and it was going to take a long time,but he didn't care. He knew his brother would be fine,both his older and younger. He knew if Ash had gone back to his court he would be taken care of and safe. The iron king was dead and his brother safe. Ash safe. And hopefully Puck would get better. He smiled faintly. "Why....are you still....here?" He whispered to Grim.

"You're entertaining. What can I say? But if you truly want me gone..." And then Grim was gone, nowhere to be seen. Once Grim was actually gone, something happened. In a flash of white, he's in the Winter territory. And, since I'm feeling nice, Ash was practicing with his sword nearby, not expecting her to be here so quickly

Jason was shocked,his eyes looking up with fading,cracking,sightful gray eyes. He couldn't move and so even tho he wanted to move,to look at Ash as he heard him,he couldn't. He was dying.Slowly,but truly. He believed that Ash wouldn't care,and so he strugglingly forced his remaining body to get up. His wings staying somewhat together but not usable,and his form cracking and seeping deeper. He grit his teeth as the cracks deepened and went into his gut. Soon his insides would turn to glass and then soon his heart. He'd die,the same fate of their father after he had learned of his daughters' deaths.

As if to prove Jason's theory, Ash continues to practice, not noticing that he wasn't alone. He hadn't seen Jason appear
