Mitch smiled looking at her. "You heard me." He said looking ahead of him while still glancing at Ember with his eyes. He pulled her bag onto his shoulder, it over his guitar bag, to free up his hand. He waved his fingers a little making something out of ice before turning back to Ember. He smiled holding his hand out to her to revile an ice rose. "And it's true...." He whispered.

A'ine shook her head smiling a little as they got near the end of the cafeteria. "I see. you're older then you let on then." She joked right back before stopping at the door holding the tray.

Phinesa shook her head. "No. I'm just angry at myself. Saquia will literally hate herself." She said sadly. She stopped in the hall her face blank. "I have the best. Idea. Ever." She said looking at Saffy before grabbing her arms dancing around in a circle.

Ember turned as red as the rose would have been if it was a real rose. "Mitch.... thank you. Again," she smiled and reached for the rose before curling her fingers back and freezing. "I don't want to break it," she said, admiring the beauty of the rose. "It's so pretty," she said.

"Oh yes, I'm older than time itself!" Orion said in his best all-powerful voice. He walked ahead of her and opened the door for her.

Saffy eagerly joined in the dancing part of the circle. "What!? What is it?!" she asked excitedly. (Sorry it's so short.)

Mitch smiled lifting the hand he was holding putting the rose in it gentle before letting go of her hand. "Don't worry. I could always make another." He said smiling at her. "'I could not tell the value of it's beauty for your's so great out shines it, that it blinded me'." He said looking into her eyes before looking ahead at the school again.

A'ine chuckled shaking her head. "Oh. That's too bad." She began before deciding the tease she had thought of might have been a bit too much. "Come on. Let's go to the campfire." She said knowing where it was.

Phinesa put a finger in front of her lips. "Shhhh. Saquia." She whispered pulling her outside before turning to her. "At break, pretend you asked me to go visit your family and well go track down Roron!" She said happily.

Ember held the rose delicately, her fingers curling around the edges. She carefully put the rose in her other hand and shyly reached for Mitch's hand. "You're really good at complimenting, but I'm not this pretty," Ember said, gesturing to the rose. She wished she could compliment him well, but she had always been bad at that.

Orion laughed, letting the door close as he followed A'ine. "So Alderic and Jora. are already there. Who else?"

Saffy broke into a grin and jumped up and down. "Perfect!" she stage-whispered, just in case. "That could totally work. How far away from here does he live?" she asked.

Mitch smiled squeezing her hand. "Yes you are. Don't argue or..." He caught himself finally blushing before looking away at the trees around them. He thought for a bit about what he was going to say if Ember asked. He could always say what he was going to, but she might not appreciate it. He sighed before realizing he had been rubbing Ember's hand with his thumb while he was thinking.

A'ine shook her head. "I'm still too close to the cafeteria to figure that out." She said heading toward the bluff. "The walls might be thick but that doesn't stop thoughts." She said looking back at the still loud area.

Phinesa grinned as well before frowning. "I'm not a hundred percent sure... But I think I can figure it out before we go. Saquia has some hidden drawings she keeps from the forest we lived in while we were there." She said thinking hard.

Ember turned to look at him. "Or what?" she asked, rather curious to what he would threaten her with. She turned to look at the rose and held it up slightly to look at the stars through it. They looked blurry, but she found it really pretty. She lowered the rose and turned to look at Mitch again.

"Oh, I see," Orion said. It made perfect sense. He turned to look up on the bluff for any sign of a fire. He hoped he couldn't see it, because it would mean that the principals couldn't either.

Saffy nodded. "If you tell me the name of the forest, I could look at the maps in the library," she said, wanting to help. Plus she was good at map reading.

Mitch blushed rubbing the back of his neck. "I'm not going to lie to you..." He said sighing again before looking at her smiling as she looked at the stars through the rose. "I was going to say I would kiss you to prove my point but..." He looked away still smiling. "But, as a gentleman, I would never steal one for a lady of grace." He said his blush coming through.

A'ine smied at Orion. "Come on let's go." She said watching the bluff for any sign of her friends.

Jora and Alderic carried out a last arm load of wood, making the pile huge. They plopped down exhausted panting a little. "Do you know how to arrange wood for a camp fire?" Alderic asked Jora curious. Jora shook her head. "Nope..." Alderic grinned. "Come on I'll teach you." He said moving over to the pile of wood.

Phinesa glared a the ground. "I don't know... I literally never left the woods. Even when I was spying on Roron and Saquia..." She said embarrassed. "And if Saquia told me I don't remember it."

Ember froze, the smiled. "Alright then. I still think the rose is prettier than me," she said, still kind of in shock at what he said, but she couldn't help saying it in a challenging voice.

Orion grinned back and headed towards the bluff, wanting to get there so he could help out too. Plus he wanted to see Jora.

"That's alright! Do you know the names of the town, or any nearby cities?" she asked, trying to think of places on a map that would help them find it.

Alice walks back to the shore and flops down on the beach, looking up at the sky, trying to catch a glimpse of llandere.

Mitch spun looking at her his eyes wide. He smiled a little. "Was that an invitation?" He asked lifting a hand to her cheek, his fingers still cold as he brushed her cheek with his knuckle. He was smiling looking into Ember's eyes his deep blue ones bright.

A'ine started getting away from the cafeteria and searched ahead with her mind. "Still just them..." She said a little downhearted that she hadn't gone after Ember.

Phinesa shook her head. "It was a town... where everyone lived like it was the middle ages." She said remembering a little.

Ilandere touched a cloud with her claws as she radiated brighter cutting it in two.

Ember smiled at Mitch, her violet eyes meeting his for once. "Yes," she replied, taking a little step towards him. She held the rose by her side.

Orion frowned. "I'm sure you would have heard if Ember was still angry," he said, a bit unsurely, since he didn't know the extent of A'ine's powers.

"If you give me a picture of the town and the general area, I still might be able to find it," Ember offered.

Alice saw a cloud split in half, blinking in surprise. She sat up and scanned the sky llandere, who she suspected was the culprit.
