Kody seems really temse and awckward about hugging because of his antisocialness.

You think about what Ashton did and you remember his transformation and try to copy it. Your attempt works and you can now heal the victum. From what you can tell this one is from the school too.

I kind of brush Kody with my tail as some kind of silent, 'I know how you feel, I'm antisocial too,' then I gently pull away. "We should probably go try to find Carson now," after a moment of thought, I added, "I can change into a creature that can set up a telepathic link so that no one gets lost. I can only do it with people I can see at the moment, though, so we'll still have to look. But we'll be connected, since someone has to stay here. I suggest Kody and I go and you two stay back. You smell fresh blood and turn to see another victum about 20 feet away from the last.
'BLL-LLO-ODD WW-W-OOD-DSSS!!!' you hear a voice that sounds almost like the growling a little ways off, 'I-I SS-SMMM-EEL-LLL FRRR-REESS-SSHHH MMM-EEAAAT-TT!!! FFEE-EED-DD MM-MEE-EEE!!!' the voice shouts. You hear footsteps running towards you.
